This was created with the main kit for the main kit challenge which is to use fasteners with the kit. I used staples all the way down the label strip as well as orange brads scattered on the page (from my stash). I stamped the exclusive label stamp on the ribbon and layered it over my banners.

In order to ground the two photos and keep them from floating on the page, I placed folded paper banners beneath each photo connecting to the central label strip.

The roses were cut with my Silhouette. I layered the orange paper with the negative rose cut on the soft neutral patterned paper.

Made with the main kit and Antiquarian. I love the rich orange ribbon from Antiquarian and wanted to make big banner pieces with it. This is a story about my daughter getting her own little pretend wedding dress to play in from her Grandma for her birthday. The gray button is from my stash.

I Loved layering this little center piece. I cut one of the gold foil circles in half to go each side of the floral card. And I love seeing that small bit of text peeking behind it.

This was made with the mini album kit and Antiquarian. There are three buttons from my stash here. My daughter reminds me so much of me when I was little in these pics. I had made a copy of the flower card from Antiquarian so that I could use the back side too, which you can see on the lower left.

I typed the journaling, printed it, and then cut it to fit onto the vintage billhead paper. The green button is from stash.

This was created with the main kit and Artisan and one piece from Antiquarian. I used my SIlhouette to cut the label shape on kraft cardstock then filled in behind it with the photo, paper, and washi tape. I also made this for Jill's challenge to scrap a sequence of photos for our online crop. I used my typewriter to journal around the page.

The light orange paper behind the photo is a color copy of the mustard colored receipt paper from Antiquarian. My copier read it as orange and I liked the result. I made several color copies of the Antiquarian pieces so I could use them on several layouts.

Created with Artisan and a few bits from Antiquarian. I used digital brushes (digital stamps) on my photo - notice the JBS month label. Here again I used a color copy of two of the vintage pieces: the rose card and the writing from the billhead from Antiquarian.

The "lace" down the edge of the photo is a digital brush. I love the addition of the gold foil and the typography piece from Antiquarian. I really like the soft muted, vintage but still feminine feel to this layout.

I tacked down the metal charms with gray thread. I painted the fabric butterflies with white and light peach.
